“Booked the tour for the same day. Walked to departure point a couple of hours.later, no sign of them. Confirmed pick up location with a local shop keeper. Another couple of people turned up, still no show on the tour operator. We tried contacting by phone and messanger. No answer. Eventually got onto Viatour who also couldn't contact them. After a couple of hours, I received a message apologising and agreeing to refund the money. This has occurred and I am appreciative of that. But they really need to get on top of their booking system and contact methods”

“We have been to Firenze several times but this time due to my husbands injury we were not able to walk around as much. We saw the golf carts around town and decided to try it. It was great, had a fabulous guide, Duccio, saw a few things we’ve never seen, learned some more history and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend this tour.”
