“This was probably the most fun experience that we had in all of Italy! Highly recommend! Davide, Cris and Carmella were all wonderful. Everything flowed and the experience was amazing! We each made 3 types of pasta and a pesto. The sauces were made as a group, and the Gelato in pairs. We were able to try 15 different gelatos, and they were all yummy.”

“The pasta and gelato glass was declared the best day of our trip by our 3 teens (17, 15 & 14)! Ado, Davide and Carmela were the most incredible hosts, expertly guiding us through the preparation of a delicious meal with so much humour, professionalism and patience. We all had so much fun, learnt so much to try at home, and had an absolutely memorable day in the beautiful Tuscan hills. Thank you Ado, Davide and Carmela!”

“This cooking class with Luca and Erika, in a stunning location, was one of my highlights from my time in Italy, I would highly recommend it. Luca was both hilarious and a brilliant teacher, and Erika was so encouraging and kind, and all of the food the group made together was delicious. As someone who is not a confident cook I learnt so much and really enjoyed the day, and have the confidence now to try making tagliatelle back home. Thank you Luca and Erika!”

“This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve been on while on vacation. It was amazing! The gardens, the cooking, the wine, the meal…this has it all. A lovely Tuscan countryside home with a beautiful pool perfect for a very hot day. The best of all of this however were our hosts! They welcomed us into their home a made us feel a part of their family. This trip gets 10 stars for me if I could. I highly recommend this to everyone. A must do!”
